Since Viphnorethar provides event decoration services rather than physical products, our return policy focuses on service cancellations and refunds.

If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us at least 14 days in advance. We will work with you to find an alternative date, subject to availability. Rescheduling fees may apply.
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of your event completion. We will review your concerns and work to resolve any issues. Refunds for unsatisfactory service will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule or provide appropriate accommodations. Full refunds may not be available in such cases.
